  • Hottest day, Hottest production line for base station antenna, during August 2022
April 29, 2022 Hottest day, Hottest production line for base station antenna, during August 2022
From July - August, 2022, We are just through the hottest days in years, This hottest weather almost last 1 month, Never happened in years.  Like the weather, our production line business is boomed these days, got large order regarding the base station antenna from Thailand. Except the base station antenna, log periodic antenna also have high volume order this month.  Why customer like log periodic antenna?  Log-periodic antenna is mainly used in ultrashort wave band, also can be used as short wave communication wifi antenna and medium wave, short wave broadcast transmission antenna. High efficiency, close to the launch expectation. Compared with other high-gain antennas, log-periodic antennas are more directional, but the attenuation of useless directional signals is greater and is frequency independent. Thank you for customers' support and all staff's hard work. We are keep moving to offer more quality antennas and nice work environment for staff. Thank you for customer's support and our staff's hard work.

  • Yagi antenna Order
April 29, 2022 Yagi antenna Order
A Yagi antenna is a directional antenna consisting of two or more parallel resonant antenna elements in an end-fire array; these elements are most often metal rods acting as half-wave dipoles. Yagi antennas consist of a single driven element connected to a radio transmitter and/or receiver through a transmission line, and additional "passive radiators" with no electrical connection, usually including one so-called reflector and any number of directors. Reflector elements (usually only one is used) are slightly longer than the driven dipole and placed behind the driven element, opposite the direction of intended transmission. Directors, on the other hand, are a little shorter and placed in front of the driven element in the intended direction. These parasitic elements are typically off-tuned short-circuited dipole elements, that is, instead of a break at the feedpoint (like the driven element) a solid rod is used. They receive and reradiate the radio waves from the driven element but in a different phase determined by their exact lengths. Their effect is to modify the driven element's radiation pattern. The waves from the multiple elements superpose and interfere to enhance radiation in a single direction, increasing the antenna's gain in that direction. We recently received an order from a customer for an 1710-1880MHz Yagi Antenna for the domestic market, mainly in remote areas with poor signal. We recently received an order from a customer for an octagonal antenna for the domestic market, mainly in remote areas with poor signal. • What environment is the FRP antenna suitable for?
August 26, 2022 What environment is the FRP antenna suitable for?
Is the higher the gain or length of the fiberglass antenna the better? What are the characteristics of the specific fiberglass omnidirectional antenna, and can it be used as an indoor antenna? It is estimated that non-professional personnel cannot give specific answers. Today, Xiaobian will talk to you about the omnidirectional fiberglass antenna.   Why FRP antennas are not suitable for indoor use, it is estimated that many people may notice that many well-known brands generally only use 7dBi or 5dBi, 2dBi antennas, but rarely see their 9db or higher gain on the market According to our general understanding, the 2-5dBi antenna has fully met the requirements for indoor use. Antennas above 7dBi cannot exert their advantages due to the smaller angle, and may be counterproductive when used indoors. Therefore, omnidirectional antennas above 9dBi must be recommended for outdoor use. As for some people who say that indoor use through walls is effective, this statement cannot be verified, and there is no need to believe it too much. Why is it called an omnidirectional antenna? There is also a vertical angle. The omnidirectional antenna often mentioned in the construction of a radio antenna feeder system refers to an antenna with a horizontal radiation angle of 360 degrees, and a vertical sector emission, with an angle of generally 6~15 degrees. Left and right, the higher the gain, the smaller the vertical angle. For example, the 9db antenna can achieve a radiation angle of about 14 degrees, while the fiberglass antenna can achieve about 8 degrees, which is the limit. In the same position, the 15db antenna is not as low as the reception. The effect of the booster antenna is good.   Because of the small vertical angle, the signal can only be transmitted at 6~8 degrees horizontally. Therefore, the fiberglass antenna is widely used in the wireless coverage of the plain area, the wireless coverage of the same horizontal position environment, and the wireless coverage of the same horizontal position environment. If If it is placed in a higher position, it can only transmit signals to distant positions, but it cannot cover the places near or with height difference.

  • RF Antennas in Telecom
February 28, 2023 RF Antennas in Telecom
An RF antenna, or radio frequency antenna, is a device that is designed to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves in the radio frequency (RF) spectrum. RF antennas are commonly used in telecommunications systems to transmit and receive radio signals over long distances. RF antennas can be classified based on the type of waves they transmit and receive, their shape, and their size. Some common types of RF antennas include dipole antennas, Yagi-Uda antennas, patch antennas, and antenna arrays. Each type of RF antenna has its own characteristics and is used for specific applications. RF antennas are used in a variety of telecommunications systems, including cell phone networks, radio and television broadcasting, satellite communication systems, and wireless networking systems. They play a critical role in enabling the transmission and reception of data, voice, and other types of information over long distances.

  • Which points should be noted when choosing an antenna for a room division system?
August 11, 2023 Which points should be noted when choosing an antenna for a room division system?
    (1) Try to choose a wide-band antenna In the process of selecting the antenna for the room division system, the frequency band of the antenna should include the working frequency band of GSM, CDMA, WCD-MA, TD-SCDMA, WLAN, LTE and other wireless systems. In other words, it includes all mobile communication frequency bands from 800 to 2500MHz. Selecting a wide bandwidth can avoid the transformation of antenna feeder when adding a new wireless system, as well as avoiding the problem of repeated station entry and construction.     (2) Do not consider the diversity and beam assignment due to the indoor environment, narrow space, penetration loss, the use of diversity technology is like using anti-aircraft guns to fight mosquitoes, the improvement of the system performance is not obvious, but increase the system cost. General room division system antenna density, coupled with the complexity of the indoor environment, the user density, the use of beam configuration is like using a water gun in the crowd to spray a person, not necessarily able to accurately spray, not as good as a pot of water directly thrown over the past, but instead of being able to spray to the person. So in the indoor use of diversity and beamforming technology is not good, not very meaningful. Although TD-SCDMA supports smart antenna beam assignment, but in the indoor environment, there is no use of beam assignment.   (3) Select vertical polarisation antenna Horizontal polarisation of the radio wave propagation in close proximity to the surface of the ground, will produce polarisation current, the impact of the ground impedance can produce heat, so that the radio wave signal rapidly attenuation; and vertical polarisation of the radio wave is not easy to produce polarisation current on the surface of the ground, the town in order to avoid the significant attenuation of the energy, to ensure that wireless signals are propagated in the complex indoor environment effectively. Therefore, in indoor environments, antennas generally use vertical polarisation.   (4) Antenna selection should be adapted to the scene characteristics omnidirectional ceiling antenna used in the centre of the room indoors; wall-mounted plate directional antenna wall-mounted in a rectangular environment; high-gain directional antenna and leakage cable are generally used in lift shafts, tunnels, subways and other narrow closed spaces. Yagi antennas are suitable for use in environments with only one system; if multiple systems are combined, a wideband high-gain directional antenna, such as a wideband logarithmic periodic antenna, is required

  • What's the Difference Between MIMO and SISO Antenna?
August 25, 2023 What's the Difference Between MIMO and SISO Antenna?
In RF engineering, when discussing antennas, SISO and MIMO now apply to the number of antenna "inputs" and antenna "outputs" that a communication channel between two or more devices may have. In this case, the SISO RF system will have only a single antenna from one device and a single antenna from another device. Unlike control engineering, the number of "inputs" and "outputs" does not refer to the inputs and outputs of the communication system, but rather to the antennas in the spatial multiplex scheme. Using the MIMO RF antenna(MIMO OMNI ANTENNA), the number of antennas sent from one device and the number of antennas received from another device determine the order of the MIMO channels (TX antenna x RX antenna) Using the SISO antenna system, signals sent from a device will interact with the environment and will be absorbed or reflected according to these environmental variables. Eventually, the signal energy from the SISO antenna system can reach the receiving antenna from one or more spatial paths. In this case, the path with the highest signal energy is ideal because it is usually the least attenuated or distorted. Signals from other paths can actually be interfering because they can degrade or delay due to interaction with the environment.   For MIMO systems, these multi-space paths from one device to another are used to enhance communication between two devices, either by increasing the number of active streams used or by increasing the reliability of communication channels. Both methods can improve throughput by increasing channels or improving channel quality, reducing errors, and using channel capacity more efficiently.

  • Panel Antenna
    December 02, 2023 Panel Antenna
A panel antenna, also known as a flat panel antenna, is a type of directional antenna commonly used for wireless communication applications. It consists of a flat, rectangular or square panel that contains multiple elements, such as dipoles or patches, arranged in an array. Panel antennas are designed to radiate or receive electromagnetic waves in specific direction, providing focused in that direction. They have a narrow beamwidth, which allows for greater gain and better signal strength in the desired direction while reducing interference from other directions. Panel antennas are often used in point-to-point or point-to-multipoint wireless communication systems, as in Wi-Fi networks, cellular base stations, and wireless backhaul links. They can be mounted on walls, rooftops, or poles and are typically used for medium to long-range communication over distances ranging from a few hundred meters to several kilometers. The advantages of panel antennas include their directional coverage, high gain, compact size, and ease of installation. They can be easily aimed in a specific direction to optimize the signal strength and minimize interference. However, it's worth noting that panel antennas have a limited coverage area, and their performance can be affected by obstacles such as buildings or trees blocking the line of sight. Overall, panel antennas are a popular choice for wireless communication systems that require focused coverage in specific directions, offering reliable and efficient signal transmission.
